St Paul’s R C Primary School – Portsmouth

| September 4, 2007 | 2 Comments

I am covering a few hundred miles over these first few days of the new school year and, today, travelled to St Paul’s R C Primary School in Porstmouth for a fun training day.

St Pauls is a really attractive school. “Fresh” is the word that came to mind as I arrived. The new staff room is almost TOO comfortable!
It was also refreshing to start the day with some peaceful moments of reflection.
We had fun though playing through the landscapes and , today, with NO technical problems at all. 🙂 (thank you to Chay for his technical support)
The staff at St Pauls have a great sense of humour. There are a few new staff but they were very hard to spot as there was a real feeling of team spirit. That helped Cilla, herself a new colleague, navigate through the doors of doom challenge. Well done.

Well done, too, to Shane for integrating so well with his new colleagues that he conducted one of the best sound scores I have heard!

Thank you to Fran Chapman, Susie Terry and their colleagues for a really enjoyable day.

Your presentation was as refreshing as your opinion of our staffroom! The day flew by, with so many hints and tips that I wished that I had listened less intently and made more written notes (or even a list). However, a mind map is definately out of the question …

Well what a wonderful day! You inspired us all, everyone loved your ideas for using Myst and also your other tips and tricks. Thanks for the comments about our school.
