Willow Tree Community Primary School, St Helens
Well done to all of those at Willow Tree Community Primary School, St Helens for a great day, with some really creative results. Some superb writing and some even more amazing moments of creative speaking.
I am experiencing a few techie difficulties but will update this post with some of our recordings, when I can.
Thank you to Maggie Huyton and her colleagues, meanwhile, for a very enjoyable visit.
Talking of techie difficulties, there is nothing worse than a loss of data or other spammy internet problems.
Why not try visiting IT Safe, They provide home users and small businesses with warnings and news about computer security problems. ITsafe is a free UK government service.
The BBC Webwise site contains some useful internet safety tips.
Kidsmart is an award winning practical internet safety programme website for schools, young people, parents, and agencies, produced by the children’s internet charity Childnet International.
They have resources including lesson plans, leaflets, posters, activity days and interactive games.
The BECTA site has some definitive advice and policies for e-safety within schools.
