Redruth Journalism
Having a good look at journalistic writing of many kinds at the moment, and I am very grateful for those of you sending examples.
There are so many forms of journalisitc writing that children are producing, from interviews, articles, reviews, “and finally’s”, Breaking News, news reports, magazine features,… and so much more.
It would be great to see any examples you may have gained from your students. Could always do with more examples so keep ‘em coming.
Thank you to Tracey Cutts, teacher from Redruth School, Cornwall, for forwarding an article written by one of her Year 13 pupils after a visit we made to the school. This is quality journalism based on a real situation.
As well as our events, we like to share interesting, and more often than not, FREE tools, resources and ideas, some old, some new, and we hope you might find something useful. We'd love your thoughts. Tim & Sarah
