I find Twitter is great because you can get the answers to technical problems really quickly.
Your “followers” send responses less than 140 characters.
Being that concise means you ideas in a much more immediate form than even a complete 100 page brochure gives.
What about if someone want to show you which button to press? Well they can easily do so with ScreenJelly.
