Glastonbury 2010
Wow!! The world must be spinning off its axis! It has been Wimbledon AND Glastonbury AND IT HASN’T RAINED!
Back from an absolutely stunning Glastonbury Festival – no rain, just great company, new music, delicious food, and so much more. The last few years have been a bit an endurance test of enjoyment. Not this time. This was a true holiday.
The festival is not about the BIG acts, to be honest. It is more of a people watching sushi bar – every type of humanity walks past you at some point.
However, the best big acts this year included – Courteeners, Florence and the Machine, The Stranglers, Gorillaz, Scissor Sisters (and Kylie), Jackson Browne, Shakira, Muse, Jack Johnson, Stevie Wonder, and of course …Rolf!
New discoveries are always refreshing. The best stumble-upon has to be Urusen, an act we came across in the Avalon Cafe. A collection of true musicians, with an eclectic mix of styles and instruments. Joyful.
Already looking forward to next year!

As well as our events, we like to share interesting, and more often than not, FREE tools, resources and ideas, some old, some new, and we hope you might find something useful. We'd love your thoughts. Tim & Sarah

Looks like a fab time was had by all! Nice just to do something for something’s sake and get away from the usual day to day stuff! Talk about being jammy buggers with the weather too!
Hope this comment finds You and Sarah well?

This comment finds us well, if a little weary after 5 1/2 days of fun. Last few years have been an endurance test of enjoyment. This one was pure pleasure. Now off to Essex…
Love all your pics!!
I saw Urusen too at the Avalon – they were AMAZING!! A def highlight for me too alongside the Avett Brothers and Midlake.
