National CLC Conference 2010: The Rose Bowl, Leeds
Today, we had the pleasure to present a keynote speech and a workshop for Day Two of the National CLC Conference 2010 at Leeds Metropolitan University’s The Rose Bowl.
Day One of the conference included keynotes from Rory Cellan-Jones, the BBC’s Technology Correspondent and John D’abbro, Apple Distinguished Educator presenting on mobile technologies. Over the two days the conference workshops covered four tracks : Teaching and Learning, Technology, Open Source and Information.

As well as our events, we like to share interesting, and more often than not, FREE tools, resources and ideas, some old, some new, and we hope you might find something useful. We'd love your thoughts. Tim & Sarah

Really useful sessions. Thanks for all the suggestions, links and examples. It’s the first time I’ve left an ICT conference excited about PowerPoint!
Given the post election shennanigans Tim was able to raise our spirits and make us feel he could have gone on for days. His combination of understated knowledge and elaborate showmanship – ably supported by Sarah was a joy to be part of. Brilliant, looking forward to two days in September and the impact on local colleagues!
A very entertaining and interactive workshop. I now know new ways for English teachers to engage with ICT.
