Errurz

Aren’t some of the error messages computers churn out, a little confusing?
(This one came up today).
Some times they contain delightful spelling mistakes too:
“An error has arroased” being one of my favourites.
In trying to get used to the countless error messages that came up in Vista, when we, briefly, took the foolish step of trying it, I frequently wanted to make one that simply said:
“I HAVE NO SIGNIFICANCE WHATSOEVER. IGNORE ME”
Try out Atom Smasher’s Error Message Generator to make some funnies of your own.
Adding one in to a presentation could really get a few people worried, eh?
Have fun!

Shape Collage

I have been finding Shape Collage particularly useful when creating a lot of new presentations recently.
It give you the power to make really quick collections of related photographs, set out in shapes that fit in to your display, etc
Try drawing a curve at the bottom of the working space, and you get a good footer for a presentation page, for example. (And, for a first try, avoids the watermark
)
Shape collage is free, but you can upgrade to get rid of the watermark.
As well as our events, we like to share interesting, and more often than not, FREE tools, resources and ideas, some old, some new, and we hope you might find something useful. We'd love your thoughts. Tim & Sarah
