Bayeux Tapestry Maker – Historic Construction Kit

| September 4, 2012 | 3 Comments

As we are lucky to be down here in Hastings, ready for two days working alongside the staff and children of  Castledown Primary, it is a true delight to find a resurrection of an old, and appropriate, favourite. Since its demise a few year ago, a lot of people have asked us for the whereabouts of the Bayeux Tapestry Maker we mentioned many times. Thank you to Johannes Jander for recreating the gorgeous Historic Construction Kit (and now in HTML so available on more platforms).

This is great, to plan, or present, cartoon style stories, or standalone pictures, in the style of the famous tapestry.

It is possible to add images & text, on multiple frames, and have some fun! One for Harold to keep his eye on!

Thou can’st not toucheth this! Arrow time!

  1. We are just off to Bayeux to see the real thing! Makes a change or us to be away and you to be in the UK! Hope you are both well. X
