Estimate & Measure with Chef Pierre
We have been very grateful to the chair of governors at Brunswick School today, Pierre Crubilier who also drives forward the ICT, and network, structure of the school.
Pierre, originally from France, has been involved in many aspects of food, and catering, around this area for years.
It reminded us of “Estimate and Measure with Chef Pierre“. Make a knowledgeable guess, appraise, evaluate, value, assess or estimate how many cinnamon rolls each pan will hold, then measure to see if you are correct!
