Thank you to Giannis Chatzilazaridis (Γιάννης Χατζηλαζαρίδης) for the nudge towards the inspiring Trip In View, a remarkable virtual voyage around the Greek coastline.

a23 confOn 6th June 2014 we head to Gateshead, for the Animate 2 Educate Summer Conference ‘Bringing Primary Computing to Life!‘ This will be held at the MPH Training and Conference Centre

This is a full day event designed to prepare and motivate ahead of the new primary computing.

Suitable for headteachers, senior leaders, KS1/KS2 teachers and ICT coordinators. You even get a free lunch!

Martin Bailey director of Animated 2 Educate will also lead a session on how to teach primary computing and a programming masterclass

This promises to be a full on, fun and useful day

We are taking a few days of travel, including going to an ex pupil’s wedding in Southern Spain, but are looking forward to a few upcoming schools. More events are listed on the side bar.

June 2 & 3 we’ll be in Blyth, Northumberland for an INSET Day & day of lessons at Malvin’s Close Primary Academy

June 4th & 5th find us in Goole, East Ridings for two days of training and lessons at Kingway Primary School

19th  and 20th of June we head to Sarah’s old stomping ground of  St Helens, Merseyside for two days of lessons and training at Newton-le-Willows Primary School
